Psychotherapist
I am a Mental Health Therapist licensed in the state of Florida with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and 10 years as a licensed clinician. My professional background includes work in crisis stabilization units, outpatient counseling, and hospital settings, providing trauma-informed psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I provide psychotherapy services to individuals throughout Florida.
In my current work, I primarily support adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, grief, and relational challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on emotional regulation, boundary development, and sustainable change. I am fluent in Haitian Creole and offer therapy in both Haitian-Creole and English.

Do you accept Insurance?
I currently accept the following insurance plans: United Healthcare, Oxford Health plans, Cigna, Aetna, UMR, Oscar, and others. Please feel free to contact me directly to confirm whether I am in network with your specific insurance provider.
PRICING
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY (Telehealth)
$100 per 60-minute session
Payment methods accepted include major credit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Payment is due in full at the time of service.
PHONE CONSULTATION (20 minutes)
Offered at no cost.
How long can I expect my therapy sessions to last?
Individuak therapy sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, depending on your needs and treatment goals. Session lenght and frequency are discussed collaboratively and may evovle over time. Please contact me directly if you have questions about session structure.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows (less than 24 hours’ notice) are subject to the full session fee, as that time has been reserved specifically for you.
